FOURTH PRINCIPLE (Concentration)
is a fact that thinking and other forms of mental activity and concentration of consciousness requires nervous energy. Physical activity and muscle of any kind also requires any nervous energy and may be tired, exhausted and tired of nervous energy due solely to mental activity, as easily as when it comes to physical activity. Brain fatigue is as real as muscle fatigue, but from the moment the lower body physical activity, is released a greater amount of energy in the physical body to be used by the brain and the brain uses this extraordinary amount of energy to get into unusual activity. After a person has eaten a lot needs to be very active in nervous energy for digestion, and the brain is not a lot of nervous energy available to be used in a lot of thought, analysis and reasoning, and for this reason students, men and women who need to think, analyze and think deeply, have observed that it is impossible to use your brain and mind in an effective manner immediately after a meal exaggerated. For this reason it is easier to learn by heart before and after eating at rest rather than when some exercise. Many of the individuals most scholars in the world and most of those attending colleges and universities, who have to prepare their exams or given special studies have shown that the early hours of the morning, at sunrise, and before breakfast, are Best of all to read and memorize, because the body is resting and not consume much nervous energy, and as the stomach is empty and you are not making any other active role the brain can use a lot of nervous energy for understand what the eyes are reading and record it in the memory store.
