So that we do justice to our understanding of things we should focus our attention and awareness on one thing at a time. This requires concentration in its simplest form, but what is even more difficult not only to banish from our minds those things why not relate to the thoughts that are the object of our concentration, but also banish from our minds the images, ideas and impressions that arise from memory and prevent consciousness keep focused on a point or a subject.
Most people who lack the ability to concentrate freely admit that the greatest difficulty experienced by the wing to prevent access consciousness of thousands of ideas and thoughts that are rushing to it as soon as the mind begins to think and analyze. This is a truly serious difficulty for the thinking process, analyze, reason logically. It is also a major obstacle to memorize.
People who suffer more severely by the inability to concentrate, admit that at the time trying to concentrate and focus your attention and consciousness in thought or idea, or when trying to obtain the repository of memory any of the information, all slightly relaxes the body and instantly the brain begins to work with the greatest activity. It appears that such persons, the lowest level of physical relaxation, the slightest pause in the activity. causes the brain to work more activity than at any other time. Such people suffer from insomnia, because when you have to sleep and relax the physical body, the brain goes into unusual activity. Even when in a vehicle or walking leisurely or they try to relax the body in the theater or during meals, by declining physical activity produces an overabundance of mental activity.
