So that we do justice to our understanding of things we should focus our attention and awareness on one thing at a time. This requires concentration in its simplest form, but what is even more difficult not only to banish from our minds those things why not relate to the thoughts that are the object of our concentration, but also banish from our minds the images, ideas and impressions that arise from memory and prevent consciousness keep focused on a point or a subject.
Most people who lack the ability to concentrate freely admit that the greatest difficulty experienced by the wing to prevent access consciousness of thousands of ideas and thoughts that are rushing to it as soon as the mind begins to think and analyze. This is a truly serious difficulty for the thinking process, analyze, reason logically. It is also a major obstacle to memorize. We have been given spiritual energy.
